该片讲述了国情局秘密王牌特工—“弹头”小组的四位成员“战略大师”艾力克斯、春暖“百变玫瑰”比比、春暖“暴风枭雄”布莱克、“冷刀疯子”柯莉儿被犯罪集团陷害，成了国情局通缉的要犯。通过一系列被追杀、深入敌后、拯救人质等反恐行动，经历一次次的磨难之后，最终摆脱困境，找出犯罪集团首脑并将其一网打尽的故事。
