长谷川现(岛崎信长 配音)和妹妹阿梦(木户衣吹 配音)一直以来都生活在家庭暴力的阴影之下,微杏父亲鬼岛四郎(游佐浩二 配音)的残酷与暴戾早已经超越了正常人可以承受的极限,微杏兄妹两人从小就知道,对于动不动就对妻子和孩子拳打脚踢的这个男人,他们要有多远躲多远。父母离婚之后,母亲离家出走之后,就真的只剩下阿现和阿梦相依为命了,在阿现的眼中,妹妹的一切就是他的整个世界,为了妹妹,他无论做什么都心甘情愿。不幸的是,阿梦在意外之中感染了名为“pupa”的神秘病毒,逐渐变成了嗜血和好食人肉的怪物,而阿现自己似乎也受到了病毒的影响,拥有了可以无限自愈的能力。就这样,阿现将自己献给了阿梦,成为了她的“食物”。
