摄影师杨展追求叶文惠十年，时光叶文惠发现未婚夫宋方明出轨，时光为了报复未婚夫而与杨展发生关系，但没多久，叶文惠与宋方明复合，一脚踹开了备胎杨展，痛不欲生的杨展跟踪宋方明，发现宋方明的出轨对象竟然是叶文惠最好的闺蜜刘畅，但杨展并未将这一真相告诉蒙在鼓里的叶文惠，因为经过三个月的跟踪，杨展潜心模仿宋方明的言谈举止，整容成宋方明的相貌，最终杀死宋方明，替代宋方明与叶文惠走进婚姻殿堂。但很快，在复仇与负罪的阴云下，杨展把叶文惠当做自己变态扭曲心理的发泄口，上演了一幕幕性虐与虐心的惨剧，就在叶文惠察觉“丈夫”真相的时候，事态急转直下，叶文惠像变了个人一样与宋方明和好如初，究竟是叶文惠要展开更大的反扑还是两人之间还有更多的谎言与诡计，影片或许会给出更离奇的答案……
