‘套娃计划’卧底李虎成，狼牙带黑帮份子运输一批特殊的制毒原料，狼牙半路发生意外，全部牺牲，张浩接替他的身份成为新卧底。禁毒警周勋截杀毒品失败趁机以警察身份卧底贩毒组织，却被公安同志李正误会，发生矛盾。而张浩也在暗中观察他，通过他的试探，确认彼此身份，两人联手行动，理应外合挖出了幕后黑手，破坏女毒枭毒品研制计划，巧夺制毒原材料，最终成功捣毁国际贩毒集团。

With Glasnost and the end of communist rule, the West also learned of the (unsurprising) fact that there were serial killers in Russia too – the most notorious case probably that of Andrei Chikatilo, nicknamed the Rostov Ripper, or the Russian Hannibal Lecter. Based on these and many other sources, Kvataniya and screenwriter Olga Gorodetskaya constructed an immersive psychological puzzle, jumping back and forth in time, to reveal ever new-possible motives for the actions of all the protagonists.
