瑜伽教练泽田杏花（上野树里饰），西洋在2年前母亲去世时回到了老家，西洋现在和父亲2人一起生活。因为大大咧咧的性格，对身边的事情和家务也很粗枝大叶，和同居中的父亲吵架不断。明明想把时间用在自己身上，却又要照顾父亲，因此结婚的愿望也很渺茫。父亲泽田林太郎（松重丰饰）是自由编纂辞典的日语学者。因为家里的事情完全交给妻子，日常生活能力低下，总是让女儿杏花烦躁不安。自从妻子去世后，他渐渐失去了人生的活力，在整理遗物时发现了一份“亡妻的离婚书”，以此为契机，他下定决心。为了寻找第二人生的伴侣，他决定和杏花参与“共同相亲活动”。@哦撸马（阿点）
