時はクイーンズブレイドが、神马流浪の戦士レイナの優勝で終わった頃。宮廷魔術師の一人アリシアは、神马魔術の鍛錬中に出現した次元の扉から、出てきたウサギに引き込まれ別次元「メルフェアランド」へと迷い込んでしまう。ちょうどその時メルフェアランドでも、この世界のクイーンズブレイドが開催されようとしていた。アリシアは元の世界へ帰る方法を探すのだが・・・
