安徽卫视大型实境生存纪录节目《我们的法则》于每周六21点档播出。节目固定嘉宾“丛林家族”吴奇隆、年青李亚鹏、年青小沈阳、黄子韬、孙艺洲、邢傲伟、熊黛林7名成员，远赴马达加斯加、瓦努阿图原始丛林，抛弃手机等现代电子设备，狩猎、捕鱼、盖房，度过了“疯狂原始人”般的丛林之旅。
